Greetings Friends of ReMe!
We’re still floating on the memories of our past Flagship ReMe Retreats
on Ocracoke Island, while we’re eagerly anticipating our next ReMe Retreat
there on October 19th. On
celebration of this, we’ll be sharing our “Top Ten Reasons That We’re Looking
Forward To ReMe – Ocracoke – October 2015”.
Beginning tomorrow, we’ll count down one reason each day,
Monday through Friday, for the next ten days.
What happens at the end? We'll
hold a random drawing for Fabulous Prizes all relating to ReMe! You’ll have the opportunity to enter this
drawing up to three times each day in the manner that follows:
- Each of our posts will end with a question. Answer that question in the comments here, and you’ll be entered to win!
- Share our daily posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Pinterest…and you’ll receive another entry to win for each share. Please include a separate link for each of your shares in the comments section below each post to receive these extra entries too.
Now, on to today’s question…
If you’ve attended a ReMe
Retreat on Ocracoke, would you please share one of your favorite memories with
us?
If you haven’t attended a ReMe
Retreat on Ocracoke yet, what are you most looking forward to?

ReplyDeleteDonna, you would love it! I was with Jodi and Penny yesterday, and we're all still floating on the memories that we've made together.

DeleteI have several favorite memories...but the first one that comes to mind is chatting with Theresa about food.
ReplyDeleteTheresa asks me to taste the deviled eggs...
me:"I think that they need more horseradish"
she looks at me and laughs "they don't have horseradish in them"
me:" Well, they need a lot more then".
It turns out that horseradish in deviled eggs isn't a widely know thing, who knew?
Maybe I'll add a bit of horseradish to my deviled eggs next time. I never knew it was missing! :-)

DeleteParticularly enjoyed the transition from busy daytime activities to evening fun and laughter with happy hour treats that varied each evening (and I'm not even a drinker!) Many, many precious memories.
ReplyDeleteYou said that so well, Theresa. The memories that we made in May have definitely carried me through some of life's challenges this year. <3
DeleteI have not had the opportunity to attend a retreat. I would love to spend the week making art and new friends.
ReplyDeleteBarbara, I think you'd enjoy every minute of it! Even at home, I find that a play date with other artists can jump start my own creativity.
